Cartwheels is now moving to a monthly tuition system. Tuition will be based off of each child taking 48 classes per year. Some months you may get 5 classes. Some months you will only get 3 such as in December but most months there will be 4 classes. Please look at the table at the bottom of the page to see that classes equal out over the course of a year.
Switching to this method will provide more continuity in classes as there won’t be a large drop and gain of students in each class every eight weeks. This is sure to provide a more consistent experience week after week.
Monthly Pricing
(Price is monthly based on how many hours each child attends each week.)
$59 – 45 minutes per week
$71 – 1 hour per week
$97 – 1.5 hours per week
$125 – 2.0 hours per week
$145 – 2.5 hours per week
$159 – 3.0 hours per week
$175 – 3.5 hours per week
$191 – 4.0 hours per week
$199 – 4.5 hours per week
$205 – 5.0 hours per week
(i.e. If your daughter/son attended two one hour classes each week it would be $125 per month. If you had two children attending a one hour class each week the price would be $71 for the first child and 20% off the 2nd. So $127.80 for the two)
Family Membership Fee
A $35 registration fee is implemented to cover the administrative expenses of running Cartwheels Gymnastics Center. It is paid upon initial registration and on your year anniversary date thereafter. This Membership Fee discounts Open Gym by $5 and Birthday Parties held here by $35.
Cartwheels is now offering Auto Pay. With Auto Pay your credit card will be charged your monthly class rate on the 25th of the month prior. This will automatically enroll you in class every month until you decided to stop. When stopping we ask that you give us notice by the 15th of the month prior to avoid next months charge. This gives us time to alert any person on the Wait List and fill their spot.
Monthly Invoice – Invoices are sent monthly on the 18th Payment is due on our before the 1st of the month. Any payment after the 1st will incur a $10 late fee. If payment has not been received by the 7th the student will be dropped from that program and any person on the Wait List will be called.
Camp Cartwheels – Choose this option if only signing up for Camp Cartwheels
20% Family Discount
Only the most expensive tuition pays full price at Cartwheels. Every other child’s tuition is discounted by 20%.
Make-Ups
Your tuition pays for a class spot, regardless of attendance. However, as a courtesy, Cartwheels offers make-ups when doing so does not jeopardize the safety or integrity of the class. Cartwheels needs a 24 hour advance notice to schedule your make-up. Walk-ins will not be allowed.
Students will receive one make up per month. They will have two months following the missed class month to make the class up. If a student drops from a class all makeups will be immediately forfeited.
Make ups for holidays and scheduled closings will not be offered. Please refer to the bottom of this page for pricing policy. Snow Days and any other unplanned closings will be offered a tuition credit for the next months tuition if payments have not already posted.
If you know you will miss a class in advance, please let us know. Many of our classes are full. Knowing your child will be absent allows us to offer make-ups to others.
Gymnastics Attire
Although we highly recommend leotards for the girls in our program, gymnasts new to the sport, boys, and our youngest girls may wear athletic clothing. Athletic gear includes shorts or warm-up pants and a fitted t-shirt. Tights and/or socks should NOT be worn. Also, whenever possible, please tie back long hair.
10% Military Discount
Families with an active duty or reservist military member will receive a 10% discount on tuition. This discount will be combined with the family membership discount. Please note this is only for tuition and not registration fees or merchandise.
Refund Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your experience at Cartwheels we will offer a full refund minus the registration fee if you let us know prior to your third class. This is for new families only.
Medical conditions that caused missed classes will receive full class credit.
Please understand that we don’t offer refunds in any other situation.
